iQnite provides wafer-scale Al/AlOx/Al Josephson junction fabrication for superconducting quantum devices. Built on extensive process optimization, our junction platform supports feature sizes from ~100 nm to a few micrometers, with normal-state resistance tunable from approximately 25 kΩ to 300 Ω.

Combined with iQnite’s superconducting base-layer fabrication capabilities, this junction process enables high-quality transmon and fluxonium qubits, with demonstrated coherence times reaching approximately 130 μs for transmons and 1.3 ms for fluxonium qubits.
